The ILED-BH-R3602 is the biggest round bulkhead in the iLED exterior range, at 360mm across. It is the pick for high-ceiling corridors, large car parks and wide walkways, places where one bigger fixture covering more area is easier to spec and cheaper to mount than a row of smaller lights. Four diffuser faces share the same housing, so the choice of optics does not change the mounting.<\/p>\n
The plain diffuser (ILED-BH-R3602) is the base SKU and puts out 1700 lumens with an even all-round glow. The grille crossing (ILED-BH-R3602-GL), eyelid half-moon (ILED-BH-R3602-EL) and crossing (ILED-BH-R3602-TL) faces each step up to 2000 lumens, which is the difference between lighting an open hall and one where the walls or ceiling carry some of the work. The grille adds a decorative starburst to the wall behind it. The eyelid shades the upward light and drops the output toward the floor, the better pick at eye level. The crossing face splits the pattern into a grid. Pick by where the light should land and how the wall should look; the ratings are the same across all four.<\/p>\n
The housing is machined from die-cast aluminum and finished in white, black or silver gray. A silicone gasket around the diffuser rim makes the IP65 seal, and the anti-UV diffuser does not yellow with age. IK10 is a 20-joule impact rating, so trolleys, sweepers and maintenance kit can strike it in a car park without damage. It is a surface mount: the back plate has four fixing points, the unit sits flush against the wall or soffit, and the driver is inside the sealed body, so nothing else has to be fixed to the wall.<\/p>\n
The base unit is direct-on and runs on 220-240VAC or 110-277VAC, so one stock line covers both regional supplies. Colour temperature is chosen at the bench: it is a 3CCT build, so you pick warm, neutral or cool white before the diffuser is closed. Two upgrades are available, both fitted in the factory so the seal is not opened later. A DALI driver replaces the fixed unit with one that takes standard dimming commands. A standby PIR sensor version runs the light at a low level until someone moves, then climbs to full. There is no emergency version of this model; where a battery backup is needed, specify one of the smaller bulkheads that carries it.<\/p>\n
Each carton holds the bulkhead with the diffuser you ordered, the driver already wired in, and the mounting screws. There is no separate transformer or controller in the box, so the fixture is ready to wire straight to the supply. If you ordered the DALI or sensor option, that module is already in place before it ships.<\/p>\n
You need the four back-plate fixings for the surface mount and a junction box behind the wall where there is no existing conduit. For a DALI version, a DALI power supply and controller are separate purchases. Beyond that, a screwdriver and wire strippers cover the install.<\/p>\n
It is built for the outside of commercial and institutional buildings where wide coverage from one point is wanted. High-ceiling corridors and stairwells in schools, offices and housing benefit from the wide spread and the larger floor area covered per fixture. Car parks, loading bays and warehouse perimeters lean on the IK10 and IP65 for day-in, day-out knocks and weather. Entrance canopies and facade feature walls take the decorative grille or crossing faces. Near the coast, the powder-coated body and sealed driver shrug off salt spray. One SKU also lets a project run a warm white at the entrance and a cooler white at the rear service door.<\/p>\n
The ILED-BH-R3602 carries SAA for Australia and New Zealand, CE for Europe, and RoHS. The warranty runs from three to five years, depending on the region and which option was fitted.
