The FEL-CD267 is the 4-channel DMX decoder for the DIN rail: RGBW output \u2014 red, green, blue and white on four separate channels at 6 amps each \u2014 with 4096 grey levels per channel and the DMX512\/1990 line landing on the terminal block. The output is RGBW \u2014 the RGB channels carry the colour mix, and the white channel carries the white independently at 6 amps. The output is constant-voltage PWM, so the strip and the fittings on the far side run at the voltage the supply delivers.
