The ILED-BH-R3602-GL is the Grille Crossing variant of the Crossblade 360mm round bulkhead series. At φ360mm diameter it is the largest fixture in the Halo bulkhead line, designed for positions where maximum light output and wide coverage are priorities. The GL diffuser adds a cross-hatched polycarbonate pattern over the inner lens, reducing direct glare from the LED array while preserving the high lumen output that makes the R3602 the preferred choice for large-area illumination.
Tech specs at a glance
The ILED-BH-R3602-GL runs at a fixed 20W, producing 2000 lumens from a φ360×135mm die-cast aluminium housing. It delivers 100 lumens per watt from LumiLEDs LM80 LED sources. Input is 220-240VAC or 110-277VAC 50/60Hz, so the fixture works in most regions without a transformer. The colour temperature range is 2800K to 6500K — warm white, neutral and cool white — selectable at installation. Colour rendering is above 82. The beam angle is 120°, spreading light evenly across the floor plane. The Grille Crossing diffuser is a cross-pattern polycarbonate cover mounted over the inner lens; the cross-hatch pattern breaks up direct line-of-sight to the LEDs, reducing discomfort glare without significantly reducing total light output. The housing is 5mm taller than the Plain version (φ360×135mm vs φ360×130mm) to accommodate the grille structure. The die-cast aluminium body is IP65 rated — dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction — and IK10 rated, the highest impact resistance level for lighting equipment.
Build and installation
The housing is die-cast aluminium with a professional powder-coated finish in white, black or silver gray. The inner diffuser is anti-UV polycarbonate. The outer Grille Crossing faceplate is also anti-UV polycarbonate with a cross-hatch pattern that serves both as a glare-reduction element and an additional protective layer. The gasketed seal between the housing and the diffuser maintains the IP65 rating. The integral driver is sealed inside the housing — no external ballast or separate power supply is needed. Wiring is direct to mains through the terminal block. Electrical classification is Class I, requiring a protective earth connection. The fixture can be surface-mounted to a flat wall or ceiling using the four mounting points on the back plate.
Control options
This is a standard non-dimmable, non-controlled bulkhead. It switches on and off with the circuit — wall switch, timer or external sensor. For projects that require DALI dimming, motion sensing or emergency backup, order the emergency or wall-packed variants from the Crossblade 360mm series instead. These variants share the same φ360mm housing and mounting footprint but use different internal drivers.
What is in the box
Each unit ships as a single bulkhead with the driver pre-installed, the Grille Crossing diffuser pre-fitted, mounting hardware included and the terminal block ready for connection. The selected colour temperature switch is factory-set — confirm the required setting before ordering, as it cannot be changed after the housing is sealed. No separate controllers, transformers or drivers are packed inside — the fixture is ready to wire direct to mains.
What you need to supply
A circuit breaker or wall switch for on/off control. A mounting surface suitable for the fixture weight. For outdoor installations, confirm the mounting location is within the IP65 protection zone and that the seal remains intact after installation. No special tools beyond a screwdriver and wire strippers are required.
Where it gets used
The ILED-BH-R3602-GL is built for locations where the large φ360mm housing and high 2000-lumen output are assets. Car park canopies and large retail forecourts use the Crossblade’s wide 120° beam to cover more ground per fixture than smaller bulkheads, reducing the total unit count and installation cost. Warehouse aisles and loading bays benefit from the high lumen output and IK10 impact resistance, which together handle both the illumination demand and the physical wear of high-traffic logistics areas. Sports facility perimeter lighting — basketball courts, indoor climbing walls and multi-purpose halls — specifies the R3602-GL for the combination of high output, glare control from the grille diffuser, and impact resistance. External wall-washing positions on modern building facades use the GL variant’s cross-pattern to provide diffuse, glare-free uplighting that highlights architectural features without blinding occupants below.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-BH-R3602-GL carries SAA, CE and RoHS certifications. SAA approval covers Australian and New Zealand market requirements. The warranty period is three to five years depending on the region and distributor terms.
