Each head holds a GU10 socket, so you choose the LED bulb separately. That is the point of the design: the fixture gives you the aim and the structure, the bulb gives you the brightness and color. If you want a dimmable spot, order dimmable GU10 LEDs with it; if you want a cool, even read light, a different bulb goes in the same socket. The heads pivot, so you can point them at a wall, a bookshelf or a piece of art instead of straight down. Bulbs are not included but can be supplied on request, including dimmable GU10 LEDs that work with a standard dimmer switch. Because the fixture is the structure and the bulb is the source, you can change the character of the light later by swapping bulbs without touching the fixture.
