The ILED-HB-B300W is the 300W member of the HB-B tower-hanging high bay series. It is built for positions where the fixture hangs high on a tower or mast and has to throw usable light a long way down: sports fields, large yards and perimeter areas. It shares its housing with the 400W model in the series, so the two can be mixed on one site with the same look and the same mounting, choosing wattage by the coverage each pole needs.
Light output
The fixture runs a 300W LED load at 120 lumens per watt, giving 36,000 lumens from the housing. The source is LumiLEDs or CREE, and the colour temperature spans 2800–6500K, so a project can run warm white around a clubhouse or plaza and cooler white over the field itself. Colour rendering is above 70, which is the honest figure for a high-mast floodlight: the priority at this mounting height is throw and coverage, and the spec reflects that. Next to the 400W model in the series, this 300W suits poles where the lit area is tighter or where more fixtures at lower output spread the light more evenly across the site.
Beam options
Three beam angles are available: 25, 60 and 90 degrees. The 25-degree optic is the pick for towers set well back from the area they light, where the beam has to reach. The 60-degree version covers a general field or yard from a central pole. The 90-degree optic suits shorter mounting heights and wider coverage from the same point. Specify the angle per pole position rather than per project, since mixed layouts are common on larger sites.
Build and mounting
The housing is aluminium with a PC lens cover, finished in black, and measures Φ368×510mm. It is IP65-rated against dust and water jets, which is what a tower-mounted fixture needs, since it lives outdoors in the weather all year. It hangs from the top of the pole or tower on its mounting bracket, Class I wired, and the driver sits inside the housing. The power factor is above 0.9, which keeps the cable runs and the supply sizing sensible across a site.
Control and dimming
DALI dimming is available, so the fixtures can be grouped and dimmed from a control system where the site wants zoning or event lighting levels. The base unit runs on 220-240VAC or 110-277VAC, covering regional supplies without separate stock lines.
สิ่งที่คุณต้องเตรียมมา
You need the pole or tower with its mounting plate prepared, a supply cable run to the top that is rated for the site’s conditions, and a protected circuit for each row of fixtures. Where DALI dimming is wanted, the DALI power supply and controller are separate purchases. Fixings and a torque wrench for the bracket cover the mechanical side of the install.
สถานที่ที่ใช้
Sports fields and stadiums hang it on their tower rows, where the 36,000-lumen output and the narrow 25-degree option carry light across the playing area. Car parks and large storage yards use it on perimeter poles for wide, even coverage. Ports and logistics yards light their container and loading areas from masts with the 60-degree optic. Perimeter and security lighting around airports, plants and depots runs it through the night, which is where the DALI zoning earns its place. Public plazas and civic areas take the 90-degree version for general amenity lighting from fewer poles.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-HB-B300W carries SAA for Australia and New Zealand, CE for Europe, and RoHS. The warranty runs from three to five years, depending on the region and the terms of the order. The sealed IP65 body means no routine work inside the housing; a wash of the lens face during scheduled maintenance keeps the output where it should be.
