The ILED-TPR-C M2 is a single-tube LED vapour-proof fitting designed for industrial and commercial spaces where dust, moisture, and physical impact are everyday concerns. The M2 designation identifies the wide-body version in the ILED-TPR-C range — 110 mm × 80 mm cross-section, IK10 impact rating, and a matching PC diffuser. It comes in three sizes: 600 mm (20W), 1200 mm (40W), and 1500 mm (60W), covering low, medium, and high-output needs from storage corridors to production floors.
Sizes and output
The three sizes step from 2400 to 7200 lumens across the 20W, 40W and 60W models, all delivering 120 lumens per watt through a 120-degree wide-optical diffuser. Colour temperature tunes across 2800K to 6500K, colour rendering is above 80, and the power factor sits above 0.9. The PC body and diffuser are sealed to IP65 and rated IK10 for impact — the top of the standard scale — in a gray finish, and at 110 × 80 mm the cross-section is the widest single-tube in the M-series, which is what the wide optical claim rests on.
The control and sensor options are where the M2 earns its keep: DALI2, 0-10V and TRIAC dimming versions, a built-in PIR sensor with corridor mode, and a 3-hour emergency backup driver are all available as separate variants. Input is 220–240VAC, and the fitting carries CE, RoHS, SAA and TUV with a 5-year warranty.
Installation and maintenance
The M2 is supplied as a complete unit with integrated driver and motion sensor. Surface mounting uses the built-in fixing brackets — two points per fixture, suitable for concrete, timber, and metal ceiling structures. The PC diffuser is pre-fitted and does not require separate handling during installation.
Maintenance is minimal. The sealed PC housing keeps dust and moisture out of the LED compartment. In standard conditions the LED source retains above 80% of initial lumens for the life of the 5-year warranty period. If the motion sensor requires recalibration after installation, a remote controller is used — no access to the driver is needed.
Wide optical
The M2 throws a 120° wide beam instead of a narrow spot, so one fixture covers more floor area than a directional fitting. That is the reason it is specified where you want to reduce the fixture count across a wide warehouse or workshop floor. The PC diffuser spreads the light evenly and cuts the glare a clear lens would leave on work surfaces and screens. It is the wide-body, 110 mm by 80 mm, widest single-tube in the M-series.

Corridors, stairwells, and service passages. — Corridor mode is the key feature. The motion sensor drops the light to a standby level when no one is present and restores full brightness on detection, cutting energy use without compromising safety.
Retail stockrooms and back-of-house areas. — Staff moving trolleys and stock benefit from the glare-reduced output and the IK10 impact protection that survives the occasional bumped trolley or stacked pallet.
Covered loading bays and sheltered outdoor walkways. — The IP65 seal handles rain driven sideways by wind and the dust kicked up by vehicle tyres. For fully exposed outdoor locations, confirm an IP66-sealed variant with your sales contact.
