The ILED-BH-050 B is the middle of the BH-050 up-and-down family, and for most houses and small commercial fronts it is the one that fits: two 6W CREE COB beams at CRI above 92, one up the wall and one down, from a φ90×260mm cylinder. It is the standard switched version of the range — no emergency circuit, no dimming — which keeps it simple to order, wire and maintain on walls where the plain fitting does the job. Where a project needs those functions, the C model in the family carries them; this one covers the walls that do not.
Five sizes in the family
The BH-050 series scales from small to large on one design. The A model starts at 3W per beam in a φ64×160mm body; B — this fitting — carries 6W per beam in φ90×260mm; C reaches 9W at φ108×300mm; D carries 18W per beam at φ145×300mm; and E tops the range at 24W per beam in a taller φ160×450mm body. All share the same cylindrical look, IP65 sealing and 60-degree lenses, so a project can size each wall independently while keeping one product family on the drawing.
The up-and-down wash
Each beam runs a 6W CREE COB behind a 60-degree lens, one aiming up and one aiming down, with colour rendering above 92 — unusually high for an exterior wall light, and the reason the stone, render or timber it lands on keeps its real colour after dark. At 1200 lumens the wash covers a door surround or a storey of wall without spilling into upstairs windows, which is the balance most residential elevations need. The 60-degree lenses also keep the light on the surface rather than throwing it out from the wall, so the fitting works at eye level beside a door without anyone catching the source directly.
Build and finish
The body is aluminium with tempered glass lenses, sealed to IP65 against dust and water jets from any direction, so it mounts on exposed walls in the full weather. The finish is black, grey or white: black against brick and dark render, white on light facades, grey for concrete and stone. At 90mm across it reads as part of the wall rather than a fixture bolted onto it, which is why the three finishes get specified as carefully as the light itself on front-of-house elevations.
Electrical
The fixture runs on 220-240VAC or 120VAC, Class I wired, with the driver inside the body. Colour temperature is specified at order across 2800K to 6500K — warm for entrances and garden walls, cooler for contemporary render — and locked in, with no switch to change it afterwards. Confirm the temperature when the order goes in, especially on mixed-material facades where the same colour has to work on both the brick and the render.

You need the wall fixings suited to the surface — masonry plugs for brick and block, suitable screws for timber framing — and a switched circuit with a protective earth for the Class I connection. An electrician makes the hardwired connection per local code. There is no lamp stock or spare driver to hold for the fitting, since the COB sources and the driver are integral, and no control gear to commission because the standard version switches with the circuit.

House front doors and garage side doors are the bread-and-butter positions, where the double wash marks the entrance without glare. Garden walls, gate pillars and courtyard entries take it for evening depth along the routes people use. Small shopfronts and café exteriors run it along the elevation in a repeat, and patio or terrace walls finish the order.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-BH-050 B carries SAA for Australia and New Zealand, CE for Europe, and RoHS. The warranty runs two to three years depending on the configuration — confirm the term when you order. The sealed body needs no routine work inside; a clean of the glass faces during site maintenance keeps the wash even.
