The LED Vapour Proof Fitting Light combines industrial-grade durability with smart energy control. The M3 series — ILED-TRP-60C M3, ILED-TRP-120C M3, and ILED-TRP-150C M3 — is a single-tube design built for warehouses, parking structures, workshops, and food-processing areas where moisture, dust, and physical impact are everyday concerns. Three frame lengths cover most ceiling layouts: 600 mm (95 × 80 mm cross-section), 1200 mm, and 1500 mm, all sharing the same 95 mm width and 80 mm depth for consistent styling across an installation.

Sizes and output

The three sizes step from 3000 to 9000 lumens across the 20W, 40W and 60W models, all delivering up to 150 lumens per watt. The LEDs are LM80 rated with CRI above 80, so colours appear natural rather than washed-out. Colour temperature is tunable between 2800K (warm white) and 6500K (cool white) via a dip switch inside the driver, letting you match the lighting to the space — warmer tones for rest areas, cooler tones for task-oriented zones. The 120° beam angle spreads light evenly across the floor without hot spots.

The housing is grey PC (polycarbonate), which resists corrosion from cleaning chemicals and humidity better than bare metal. Class II electrical classification means the fixture has double insulation and does not require a separate earth connection, simplifying wiring in retro-fit projects. The driver provides a power factor above 0.9 and flicker-free operation. Input voltage is 220–240VAC 50/60 Hz.

Motion sensor and corridor mode

The built-in motion sensor supports corridor mode: when the area is unoccupied the light drops to a low standby level (typically 10–30 % of full output), then ramps back to full brightness when movement is detected. This cuts energy use in corridors, storage aisles, and car parks where lights are often left on unnecessarily. The sensor detection range, time-out, and lux threshold can be adjusted with a remote controller or set by the installer before hand-over.

Dimming and control options

Three dimming protocols are available: TRIAC (leading-edge), 0-10V analogue, and DALI2 digital. DALI2 is the preferred choice for new builds and major retro-fits because it allows individual fixture addressing, scene setting, and integration with building management systems. The motion sensor and dimming function operate independently — you can run the sensor in on/off mode without dimming, or combine DALI2 dimming with sensor control for maximum energy savings.

Emergency variant

An emergency version is offered alongside the standard and dimmable models. The emergency driver provides 3 hours of backup illumination at reduced wattage, suitable for exit routes, corridors, and stairwells that require certified escape lighting. Self-testing versions are available on request, allowing facility managers to verify battery health automatically without manual intervention.

Build and installation

The M3 uses a buckle-lock end-box design: the end caps click into the main body and seal the joint, maintaining the IP65 rating while making field wiring straightforward. Cables enter through the end boxes. The fixture can be surface-mounted to a ceiling or suspended from wires or chains. For concrete or brick ceilings a direct surface-mount bracket is used; for suspended ceilings the fixture hangs from the structural grid or from eye-bolts fixed into the slab above.

DALI2 vs 0-10V selection. — Choose DALI2 if you need individual fixture addressing, scene recall, or BMS integration. Choose 0-10V for simple single-zone dimming. The basic non-dimmable version is sufficient for spaces that only need on/off control.

Emergency version availability. — Not all M3 variants include the 3-hour emergency driver. Specify “emergency” or “self-test” when ordering if your project requires certified escape lighting.

IK rating note. — The M3 spec table does not list an IK impact rating. If impact resistance is a project requirement, ask about the M6 variant, which carries an IK10 rating, or confirm the M3 IK rating before placing the order.
