The ILED-HB-B400W is a 400W LED high bay designed for tower-hanging and high-mount installation in sports arenas, stadiums, exhibition halls and large industrial buildings. The fixed 400W model delivers 48,000 lm from a tall cylindrical housing (Φ368 × H510 mm) with a 120 lm/W luminous efficacy using LumiLEDs SMD 3030 chips. Standard DALI 2-way dimming and a wide 2800–6500K CCT range distinguish this model from the compact UFO-range HB-C.

Beam angle selection
The HB-B400W offers three beam angles — 25°, 60° and 90° — selected at order time. The 25° narrow beam is unusual for a high bay and is intended for long-throw accent lighting: focusing light onto a stadium pitch from a towering mast, highlighting a specific court or playing area, or creating visual interest in retail display zones. The 60° medium spread suits general warehouse and factory floor lighting where even illuminance across aisles matters. The 90° wide beam provides broad coverage for open-plan spaces such as exhibition halls and large workshops.
The 25° option makes the HB-B400W particularly suited to tower-hanging installations at sports venues, where the tall housing and narrow beam work together to throw light across a field or court from elevated positions. Confirm the beam angle with your lighting designer before ordering — it cannot be changed after manufacture.
Build and weather resistance
The HB-B400W housing is a tall cylindrical aluminium body (Φ368 × H510 mm) with a black powder-coat finish. The extended profile serves as both structural housing and passive heat sink — no fans are used, so thermal management relies on aluminium fin geometry and natural convection, meaning zero moving-part maintenance and silent operation in acoustically sensitive spaces.
The PC diffuser carries an IP65 seal, protecting the internal driver and LED array from dust ingress and water jets. IP65 makes this fixture suitable for covered outdoor installations — stadium canopies, open-sided warehouses and sheltered loading bays — where exposure to rain and dust is routine. Note: the HB-B400W carries IP65 but no IK impact rating; for environments with frequent physical impact risk (forklift aisles, heavy manufacturing), consider adding a protective guard ring or selecting a higher-impact alternative.
Control and installation
DALI 2-way dimming is included as standard on the HB-B400W. Individual fixture addressing (0–63) on a 2-wire bus allows group control, scene setting, and status feedback including lamp hours and fault codes. Up to 64 fixtures share one DALI line. The HB-B400W does not accept 0-10V or TRIAC analog dimming — a DALI-to-analog converter is required if your building management system uses those protocols.
The 2800–6500K wide CCT range is set via dip switch at the driver — the end user can adjust colour temperature on-site between warm (2800K), neutral (4000K) and cool (6500K) outputs without replacing any components. This flexibility is useful in multi-zone facilities where different areas require different colour temperatures.
Installation uses a top-mounted eyelet with an adjustable steel cable or rigging clamp, designed for悬挂 (tower-hanging) from stadium masts, truss structures or high ceiling points above 6 m. The Class I rating requires a protective earth connection. Universal 110–277VAC input covers both North American and European supply standards.
