What it does
The ILED-IG11 is an underground LED light you set into the ground so it washes a wall, step, bridge, or walkway from below. It is controlled on DMX512, so it is an architectural fixture, not a garden light: a designer codes the colour and brightness and it follows. It is a low-voltage 24V DC unit, so it suits outdoor and splash-proof locations.
Six sizes, one family
The range runs from U1 to U6. U1 is the smallest at ф100mm body, 3 to 6W, and three LED chips. U2 steps up to ф150mm, 3 to 9W, six chips. U3 is ф180mm, 6 to 18W, nine or twelve chips. U4 is ф200mm, 12 to 24W, eighteen chips. U5 is ф250mm, 20 to 32W, twenty-four chips. U6 is the largest at ф320mm, 36 to 48W, thirty-six or forty-eight chips. Each size has its own cut-hole, so measure before you order. The depth is 80 to 100mm depending on the model.
Colour and temperature
Every unit is available in 3K, 4K, 5K, or 6K white, or in RGB, or RGBW. RGB gives red, green, and blue so the unit can change colour. RGBW adds a dedicated white channel to that, which is the one to choose where you want clean white plus colour on the same fixture. The LED source is a discrete Power LED chip, not a COB bar, so the output comes from the chip count in each body.
Beam angles
Choose the beam to match the job. A narrow 5° to 10° beam throws a tight pool or a sharp accent up a face. 15° to 25° spreads that into a defined wash. 45° to 60° covers a wider surface, and 90° is the widest, for a broad, soft flood of a wall or a flight of steps. Because it sits in the ground, a wider beam reads as a soft wash and a narrow one as a crisp pool.
DMX512 control
The ILED-IG11 is wired for DMX512. You can run the built-in controller, or use an external DMX512 source and set each unit to its own address on the line. That lets you sequence the colour and brightness across a row of lights, hold a scene, or run a moving sequence. It is the standard five-wire DMX carry, which separates it from a push-button or app-based inground light.
Daisy-chain connection
Each unit has a 30cm five-wire input cable with a female waterproof connector and a 30cm five-wire output cable with a male connector. You chain them, the output of one feeds the input of the next. The 30cm leads let you space the fixtures to the design. Keep the connectors tight and the line stays sealed at IP67.
Build and materials
The frame is 304 stainless steel, the body is aluminum, and the face is tempered glass. That is the combination that lets it sit in the ground and still take foot traffic, weather, and cleaning without corroding. The aluminum carries the heat off the chips; the tempered glass spreads the light and shields the source. CRI is above 80, so colours read true.
Installation
Each model has a set cut-hole diameter: U1 is ф95mm, U2 is ф135mm, U3 is ф155mm, U4 is ф185mm, U5 is ф235mm, and U6 is ф295mm. Cut the hole in the slab, step, or paving to that diameter, set the unit in, and wire the DMX carry and the 24V DC supply through the end connectors. You need a recess deep enough to seat it flush with the surface.
Power and IP rating
The input is 24V DC, which is the safe low voltage for outdoor and wet locations. The whole unit is rated IP67, so it is sealed against dust and against temporary immersion, not just spray. Feed it from a 24V DC supply sized to the total load on the DMX line, and keep the supply dry and out of the pool area. The 2-year warranty and CE plus RoHS markings cover the fixtures.
