The ILED-TPR-C M11 is a 4-foot (1200 mm) LED vapor tight luminaire built for industrial and commercial environments where moisture, dust, and physical impact are everyday hazards. The PC (polycarbonate) housing is deep at 105 mm — significantly bulkier than standard triproof tubes — which gives it the structural rigidity needed in high-traffic warehouses and processing areas. The frosted diffuser scatters light at a 120° beam angle, producing an even wash across the floor below with minimal hot spots.
Tech specs
The M11 is offered in three wattages: 80W (10,400 lumens), 100W (13,000 lumens), and 150W (19,500 lumens), all at a rated 130 lumens per watt using LM80-certified LEDs. CRI exceeds 80, so colours in the space — safety signage, product packaging, floor markings — render naturally rather than looking washed out. The 3CCT switch lets you select 2800K warm white, 4000K neutral white, or 6500K cool white at installation. Input voltage covers 110–277VAC or 220–240VAC, meaning the same SKU works in North America (120V), Europe (230V), and most other markets without a transformer. The power factor is above 0.9, keeping reactive power low. The fixture is Class II double-insulated, so no protective earth conductor is required — a useful simplification in retrofit projects where earthing may be absent. The IP65 rating protects against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. IK08 impact resistance (5 joules) guards against accidental contact with pallet forks and rolling equipment, though it falls short of IK10 for areas subject to heavy direct impacts.
Dimming and control options
The ILED-TPR-C M11 supports three dimming protocols: TRIAC (leading-edge or trailing-edge phase-cut), 0–10V analogue, and DALI2 digital. Choose the driver option that matches your existing control infrastructure. TRIAC dimming works with most standard wall-mounted dimmer switches and is the simplest retrofit for existing switched circuits. 0–10V is common in commercial building management systems and allows smooth, proportional dimming from 10% to 100%. DALI2 is the most flexible option, enabling individual fixture addressing, scene setting, and integration with fire alarm systems for emergency illumination override. All three dimming options are factory-installed; the driver is not field-replaceable, so select the protocol at order time.
Optional features
Built-in motion sensor and emergency battery modules are available as factory-installed options. The standby motion sensor activates the light only when movement is detected, cutting energy in low-traffic areas such as storage aisles and loading bays. The emergency battery provides approximately 90 minutes of backup illumination on mains failure, meeting exit-path lighting requirements in many jurisdictions. Both options must be specified at the time of order because they occupy internal space within the housing and require different internal wiring.
Fabrication et installation
The housing is moulded polycarbonate in gray, with a frosted PMMA diffuser that diffuses the LED array into a uniform panel of light. The deep 105 mm profile accommodates the driver and optional modules while maintaining a compact overall length of 1200 mm. Suspension is via eye-hooks or pendant mount; surface mounting on solid ceilings is also possible with the appropriate bracket. Cable entry is through sealed gland entries on either end of the housing, supporting daisy-chain wiring for multi-luminaire runs. The IP65 seal is maintained at each cable entry point, so every connection in the chain remains protected.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-TPR-C M11 carries CE, RoHS, SAA, and TUV certifications. SAA is required for Australian and New Zealand installations. TUV coverage extends validity to European and Middle Eastern markets. The standard warranty is 5 years, which is longer than the 2–3 year warranty offered on several sibling products in the ILED-TPR-C range — confirm warranty terms for your specific order with the sales team.
