The ILED-TPR-A is a basic LED triproof fitting in the ILED-TPR-B family. It is distinguished by its 90 × 74 mm aluminum-and-PC housing, IP66 sealing, IK10 impact rating, and four wattage options up to 80W — the highest in the basic triproof range. The A-series does not include DALI2, emergency backup, or a motion sensor; those features are reserved for the ILED-TPR-C M-series.
Sizes and output
The four sizes step from 3600 to 9600 lumens across the 30W, 40W, 60W and 80W models, all delivering 120 lumens per watt through a 120-degree diffuser. Colour temperature tunes across 2800K to 6500K, colour rendering is above 82, and the power factor sits above 0.9. The IP66 rating seals the fitting against dust, powerful water jets and temporary submersion, and the IK10 impact rating — the top of the standard scale — is what sets the A-series apart from the basic B range below it. The body is aluminum with a PC diffuser in a white or silver finish, on a 90 × 74 mm cross-section, running on 220–240VAC or the 110–277VAC wide-voltage option for global projects.

Aluminum body and thermal design
The A-series uses an aluminum body that acts as a passive heat sink, drawing heat away from the LED array without fans or moving parts. This design supports the 120 lm/W output across all four wattage levels — including the 80W / 1500 mm variant — without thermal throttling. The aluminum housing is powder-coated in white or silver to resist corrosion in damp environments.
The PC diffuser is secured to the aluminum body with a sealed gasket, maintaining the IP66 rating at the junction between the optics and the driver compartment.
Installation and maintenance
The A-series is supplied as a complete unit with integral driver. Surface mounting uses the built-in fixing brackets — two points per fixture, suitable for concrete, timber, and metal ceiling structures. The PC diffuser is pre-fitted and does not require separate handling during installation.
Maintenance is minimal. The sealed aluminum-PC housing keeps dust and moisture out of the LED compartment. In standard conditions the LED source retains above 80% of initial lumens for the life of the three-to-five-year warranty period. If the diffuser surface accumulates dust or debris, a damp cloth wipe is sufficient — no access to the driver is needed.
Typical applications
The ILED-TPR-A is suited to demanding indoor and outdoor environments where IP66 sealing, IK10 impact resistance, and high output from a single-tube form factor are all required. It does not include DALI2 control, emergency backup, or a motion sensor — those features belong to the ILED-TPR-C M-series. Below are the applications customers specify the A-series for most often.
Warehouses and distribution centres. — High bays and long aisles benefit from the 80W / 9600 lm output of the 1500 mm variant, which covers a wide floor area from a single ceiling-mounted unit. The IK10 rating protects against forklift bumps and falling objects common in these environments.
Manufacturing workshops and assembly lines. — The aluminum body provides durable heat dissipation for continuous operation, while the 120 lm/W output keeps running costs low. Choose the 60W / 1200 mm variant for general workshop illumination; upgrade to 80W where task lighting density is higher.
Outdoor car parks, loading bays, and building exteriors. — IP66 sealing handles rain driven sideways by wind, and IK10 impact resistance survives the occasional struck pallet or dropped tool. The wide voltage range (110–277VAC) means the same SKU works in both 110V and 230V regions without reordering.
Agricultural and food-processing buildings. — The IP66 seal tolerates frequent high-pressure wash-down, and the sealed aluminum-PC housing resists the corrosive effects of cleaning chemicals and ambient humidity common in dairy, poultry, and meat-processing environments.
Retail stockrooms and back-of-house areas. — Basic on/off operation is all that is required in these spaces. The A-series delivers high output at a competitive price point without the added cost of DALI2 or emergency driver variants that the M-series offers.
