The ILED-FL1 200W is an IP66-rated LED flood light with integral DALI 2-way dimming, built for stadiums, sports fields and large outdoor areas where uniform illumination and centralized control are both required. Unlike the ILED-FL9 series with its round reflector housing, the FL1 uses a rectangular die-cast aluminium body — 379×420×65 mm — that directs light through a 115° beam across a wide rectangular footprint, a pattern better suited to rectangular playing surfaces and linear yard layouts.

115° beam for rectangular area coverage
The FL1 200W’s 115° beam angle projects light in a wide elliptical pattern that matches the rectangular shape of most sports fields, car parks and industrial yards. At mounting heights between 6 m and 12 m, the beam covers a broad floor area with minimal edge falloff, which reduces the total number of fixtures needed compared to narrower-beam alternatives. This makes the FL1 200W an efficient choice for football training pitches, basketball courts, car park perimeters and warehouse yards where uniform ground-level illuminance matters more than concentrated spot lighting.
The rectangular housing shape also helps: unlike the round reflector FL9, the FL1 projects light symmetrically along its longer axis, which aligns naturally with rectangular venues. When mounted on a pole or bracket, the fixture’s orientation is less critical — the 115° spread compensates for minor rotational misalignment during installation.
DALI 2-way control
The ILED-FL1 200W includes a built-in DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) driver, enabling 2-way communication with a central lighting management system. DALI 2-way means the controller can both send commands (dim, on/off, set scene) and receive status feedback (actual light output, lamp hours, fault codes) from each fixture. Addressable control allows up to 64 fixtures per DALI line, each with a unique 0–63 address, so individual fixtures or groups can be managed independently.
This is distinct from 0-10V or TRIAC dimming, which are unidirectional — the controller sends a signal but cannot confirm whether the fixture is actually responding. For stadium or sports venue installations where energy savings and maintenance tracking matter, DALI 2-way gives the facility manager real visibility into each light’s operating state.
Fabrication et installation
The FL1 200W housing is die-cast aluminium with a black powder-coat finish, providing structural rigidity and corrosion resistance in exposed outdoor locations. The tempered glass front panel offers superior impact resistance compared to polycarbonate diffusers — important for sports venues where stray balls or maintenance equipment may make contact. The IP66 seal protects the internal LED array and driver from dust, rain and wash-down cleaning, which is essential for fixtures mounted on open perimeter poles or roof-mounted brackets.
Mounting is bracket-compatible: the base accepts standard F-couplers, Y-clamps or direct bolt-down to a flat surface. The 65 mm housing depth keeps the profile low enough for tower-arm installations without excessive wind load. Universal 110–277VAC input means the same FL1 200W unit works on both North American (110–120V) and European (220–240V) supply standards, and the wide-voltage tolerance also accommodates voltage drop along long cable runs from the distribution board to distant tower mounts.
