The ILED-WW-X5 is the wider-range member of the X-series wall washers: a one-metre linear fixture for washing light up facades, garden walls and entrance features. It is offered in three light versions on the same housings, fixed colour 2700–6000K, RGB, or RGBW, and it runs either as a plain switched fitting or over DMX512, which is why it suits everything from a simple entrance wash to a colour-changing building scheme. Four widths cover 18W to 48W, and the body comes in white, black or grey to disappear against the wall it serves.
Four widths, one metre
Every model is one metre long; the widths and outputs differ. The 18W version runs 1500 lumens in a 38mm-wide body. The 24W steps up to 2000 lumens at 36mm wide. The 36W reaches 3000 lumens in a 44mm body, and the 48W tops the range at 4000 lumens with a deeper 82mm profile for the bigger runs. Efficacy is 90 lumens per watt. Pick the width by the wall height and how many metres of run the elevation carries, and remember the 48W needs the deeper housing behind the cladding or bracket.
Three light versions
The fixed-colour version covers 2700K to 6000K, chosen at order, which suits heritage and hospitality walls that never change. RGB adds colour mixing for event lighting. RGBW adds the dedicated white channel, so the same fixture runs a clean white for ordinary nights and full colour for occasions. Whichever version, the light source is SMD3030 with colour rendering above 82, and higher-CRI versions are available where the project calls for them, which matters on stone and rendered surfaces seen up close.
Control to match the job
The simplest installs run the fixture from an ordinary on/off circuit, which is all a fixed-colour entrance wash needs. Where the scheme wants scenes or colour changes, the DMX512 version addresses into a console or pixel controller like any other DMX gear. Both versions run on 24VDC and are Class III, so the power supply sits in a dry location and only safety-extra-low voltage reaches the fixture.
Build and sealing
The body is pure aluminium with a tempered glass face, IP67-sealed against dust and temporary immersion, which covers rain, washdown and the standing water at the base of a wall. Wiring runs through waterproof M12 connectors, female on the input lead and male on the output, so runs daisy-chain along the wall without opening a single joint in the field. The finish is white, black or grey.
Choosing a lens
The standard option is an asymmetric 10°×60° lens, which pushes the light up a tall wall evenly from a fixture set close to the base; it is the usual pick for facade washing. Round 30, 45 and 60 degree lenses suit shorter walls, columns and wider features where the light spreads more than it climbs.

Building facades are the main job: hotels, offices and retail frontages washing the elevation at night. Garden and retaining walls take the shorter runs at ground level. Entrance columns and gate pillars use the round lenses for a soft local wash. Bridges and public structures specify the DMX versions for scenes and colour, and heritage buildings pick the fixed 2700K or 3000K version where the scheme never changes.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-WW-X5 carries SAA for Australia and New Zealand, CE for Europe, and RoHS. The warranty runs from three to five years, depending on the region and the terms of the order. The sealed body needs no routine work inside; a clean of the glass face during site maintenance keeps the wash even.
