The ILED-HB-C is a UFO-style LED high bay luminaire designed for warehouses, factories, gyms and large indoor spaces with ceiling heights between 4 m and 12 m. The series covers seven wattage models — 60W through 240W — all delivering 130 lm/W from Philips 3030 LEDs inside a round die-cast aluminium body. Optional DALI 2-way dimming, emergency battery backup and corridor-mode motion sensor give the installer flexibility beyond basic on/off control.

Beam angle options
The ILED-HB-C offers three beam angle options — 60°, 90° and 120° — selected at order time. The 60° narrow beam concentrates light for task-oriented areas such as assembly lines, loading bays and high shelving aisles where a tighter pool improves working-plane illuminance. The 90° medium spread is the most common choice for general warehouse floor lighting, providing even coverage across typical aisle widths. The 120° wide beam suits open-plan spaces — retail showrooms, exhibition halls and large workshops — where maximum floor coverage per fixture matters.
The Philips 3030 SMD LED engine delivers consistent 130 lm/W across all models. The 60W produces 7,800 lm from a compact Ф280 mm housing — suitable for garages and small workshops with ceilings under 5 m. The 240W pushes 31,200 lm from a Ф400 mm body, designed for warehouse bays and sports facilities with ceilings above 8 m. The 3CCT dip-switch allows on-site selection of 3000K (warm), 4000K (neutral) or 5000K–6000K (cool).
Build and impact resistance
The ILED-HB-C housing is die-cast aluminium with a black powder-coat finish, serving as both structural body and passive heat sink. No fans are used — thermal management relies on aluminium fins and natural convection, meaning zero maintenance on moving parts and no noise in acoustically sensitive spaces like gymnasiums.
The PC diffuser carries an IK10 impact rating — the highest standard for luminaires — absorbing a 5 joule impact (roughly a 1 kg mass dropped from 50 cm) without cracking. For warehouse and industrial settings where forklifts, overhead cranes and falling tools are routine, IK10 reduces replacement costs over the 5-year warranty period. The IP65 seal protects the internal driver and LED array from dust and water jets, suitable for wash-down areas and unconditioned roof spaces.
Control and installation
The HB-C is available with three optional upgrades: DALI 2-way dimming, emergency battery backup, and a corridor-mode motion sensor. These are not combined in a single SKU — select the features you need at order time.
DALI 2-way dimming adds individual fixture addressing (0–63) on a 2-wire bus, allowing group control, scene setting, and status feedback including lamp hours and fault codes. Up to 64 fixtures share one line. The HB-C does not accept 0-10V or TRIAC analog dimming — a DALI-to-analog converter is required if your building system uses those protocols.
The emergency battery provides approximately 90 minutes of light at reduced output during a power failure, satisfying egress lighting requirements in many jurisdictions. The corridor-mode motion sensor keeps the fixture at low stand-by output (around 30%) when unoccupied, then ramps to full brightness within 1–2 seconds of detecting movement — effective in storage aisles and low-traffic zones.
Installation uses a pendant-mount eyelet with a 300 mm adjustable steel cable, hanging the fixture from the ceiling structure or mounting directly to a flat soffit. The Class I rating requires a protective earth connection. Universal 110–277VAC input covers both North American and European supply standards.
