The ILED-TPR-C M4 is a 5-foot (1800 mm) twin-tube LED vapour proof luminaire designed for industrial and commercial environments where high-output, wide-area illumination is required. The twin-tube configuration — two parallel LED arrays housed side by side in a single 125 mm wide enclosure — spreads light across a broader floor area than a single-tube fixture of the same length, reducing the number of fittings needed per square metre. The IP66 rating protects against powerful water jets from any direction, and the IK10 impact rating (20 joules) means the diffuser and housing can withstand direct strikes from heavy objects such as falling tools or forklift masts.
Tech specs
The M4 is offered in four wattages: 20W (3000 lumens), 40W (6000 lumens), 60W (9000 lumens), and 80W (12,000 lumens), all at a rated 150 lumens per watt using LM80-certified LEDs. This is the highest wattage and lumen output in the ILED-TPR-C range — the single-tube M3, M5, and M6 models top out at 60W / 9000 lumens. CRI exceeds 80, so colours in the space render naturally. The 3CCT switch lets you select 2800K warm white, 4000K neutral white, or 6500K cool white at installation. Input voltage is 220–240VAC at 50/60 Hz; this is not a universal-voltage model, so 110V regions need a transformer or a different SKU. The power factor is above 0.9. The fixture is Class II double-insulated, so no protective earth is required. The housing is 125 mm wide — noticeably broader than the 95 mm single-tube models — which accommodates the two LED arrays and the driver in a single compact unit. The overall depth is 88 mm.
Twin-tube design
The twin-tube configuration is the defining feature of the M4. Two parallel LED arrays run the full 1800 mm length, producing a wider light distribution pattern than a single tube of the same length. This is particularly advantageous in high-bay warehouses and large open spaces where fewer fixtures spaced further apart can still achieve uniform illuminance. The 125 mm housing width also provides more internal volume for the driver and optional emergency module compared to the slimmer single-tube models. Body colour options are white or silver gray — specify the colour at order time.
DALI2 and motion sensor
The M4 comes with a built-in DALI2 driver, enabling individual fixture addressing, scene setting, and integration with building management systems. DALI2 is the second-generation digital addressable lighting interface and is backwards-compatible with DALI-2 standardised profiles, so it works with most contemporary BMS platforms without custom programming. A standby motion sensor is included as standard — the light activates only when movement is detected, cutting energy in low-traffic zones such as storage aisles and stockrooms. The sensor can be adjusted for detection range and delay time on-site.
Emergency option
An emergency battery module is available as a factory-installed option. It provides approximately 90 minutes of backup illumination on mains failure, meeting exit-path lighting requirements in many jurisdictions. The broader 125 mm housing accommodates the emergency module without increasing the overall depth. Both DALI2 and emergency are factory-installed; neither can be added after manufacture.
Build and installation
The housing is moulded polycarbonate in gray or white (specify at order), with a frosted diffuser that produces a uniform 120° beam angle. Suspension is via eye-hooks or pendant mount. Cable entry uses sealed gland entries on either end, supporting daisy-chain wiring. The IP66 seal is maintained at each cable entry point. For high-bay installations above 6 metres, pendant mount is recommended to position the fixture below the roof structure and reduce heat buildup.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-TPR-C M4 carries CE, RoHS, SAA, and TUV certifications. SAA is required for Australian and New Zealand installations. TUV coverage extends validity to European and Middle Eastern markets. The standard warranty is 5 years, consistent with other M-series products in the ILED-TPR-C range.
