The EcoBunker SAA IP65 360mm LED Bulkhead Light (ILED-BH-R3602) is the largest round bulkhead in the iLED exterior lighting range, designed for high-ceiling corridors, large car parks and wide walkways where fewer fixtures are preferred. The plain diffuser delivers 1700 lumens; the grille, eyelid and crossing variants step up to 2000 lumens each. All share the same 360mm housing with IP65 and IK10 ratings, letting you pick the optical profile that matches each application zone.
Tech specs at a glance
The ILED-BH-R3602 is the largest round bulkhead in the iLED exterior lighting range, with a 360mm diameter housing and 130mm depth. It produces 1700 lumens at 20W with 100 lumens per watt. The 120-degree beam angle spreads light across a wide area, making it suitable for high-ceiling corridors, large car parks and wide walkways where fewer fixtures are preferred. Three fixed colour temperatures are selectable at installation — 3000K warm white, 6000K cool white, and a mixed 4000K neutral setting. Colour rendering is above 82.
Diffuser and cover options
This model is offered in four cover variants, all sharing the same 360mm round housing. The plain diffuser (ILED-BH-R3602) is the base SKU and produces 1700 lumens. The grille crossing (ILED-BH-R3602-GL), eyelid half-moon (ILED-BH-R3602-EL), and crossing pattern (ILED-BH-R3602-TL) variants produce 2000 lumens each All four carry the same IP65 and IK10 ratings despite their different optical profiles. The plain version gives an even omnidirectional glow; the grille adds a decorative starburst effect; the eyelid directs light downward to reduce upward glare; the crossing pattern creates a geometric distribution.
Build and mounting
The housing is machined from die-cast aluminum and finished in white, black or silver gray powder coat. The anti-UV polycarbonate diffuser resists yellowing from prolonged sun exposure. A silicone gasket around the diffuser rim creates the IP65 seal against dust and water jets from any direction. The IK10 rating means the unit can withstand 20 joules of impact — enough for car park protection.
Control and optional add-ons
The base unit is direct-on for 220-240VAC or 110-277VAC 50/60Hz mains. Two optional driver upgrades extend the range. DALI dimming replaces the fixed driver with a DALI-2 compliant unit that accepts DALI commands from a building management system — addresses are set via DIP switches. The standby motion sensor version integrates a PIR sensor module for corridor-mode operation: light runs at a low level until movement is detected, then ramps to full output, cutting energy use in low-traffic areas. Both options are factory-fitted; they are not field-conversion kits, so the IP65 seal stays intact.
What is in the box
Each carton contains the bulkhead light assembled with the selected diffuser, the integral driver pre-wired, and surface-mounting screws included. No separate transformers or controllers are packed inside — the fixture is ready to wire direct to mains. If DALI or sensor options were specified at order, those modules are installed before shipment.
What you need to supply
Standard surface-mounting fixings and a junction box if no existing conduit is available. For DALI versions, provide a DALI power supply unit and controller. No special tools beyond a screwdriver and wire strippers are required for installation.
Where it gets used
The 360mm bulkhead is built for exterior wall mounting on commercial and institutional buildings where wider light spread is needed. High-ceiling corridors and stairwells in schools, hospitals and offices benefit from the 120-degree beam covering a larger floor area per fixture. Car parks, loading bays and warehouse perimeters take advantage of the IK10 impact resistance and IP65 weather seal across a broad coverage zone. Entrance canopies and facade uplighting use the decorative grille or crossing diffusers for both illumination and visual interest. Coastal installations rely on the powder-coated aluminum and sealed driver compartment to resist salt spray. The 3CCT option lets a single SKU serve both warm-white residential aesthetics and cool-white security requirements.
Certifications and warranty
The ILED-BH-R3602 carries SAA approval for the Australian and New Zealand market, CE marking for Europe, and RoHS compliance. The warranty period is three to five years depending on the region and option selected.
Lifespan and maintenance
The LED array delivers reliable lumen maintenance over extended operation. The sealed driver and gasketed diffuser mean no routine cleaning of internal components is required — occasional external wiping of the diffuser face with a damp cloth is sufficient to maintain light output.
