The ILED-GS2 is a square LED canopy light designed for gas station fuel islands, parking structures and industrial ceilings where high-output, weather-resistant illumination is required. Its low-profile die-cast aluminium housing — just 67 mm deep — mounts flush to the underside of canopy ceilings, minimizing visual bulk while projecting a wide 120° beam downward. The GS2 is offered in four wattage tiers, 100W through 240W, with the two larger variants sharing a 540×540 mm housing and the two smaller variants using a 420×420 mm footprint. Both sizes are available with DALI dimming for daylight-harvesting and occupancy-based control strategies.

Rugged housing for harsh environments
The GS2 uses a die-cast aluminium housing with a white powder-coat finish, providing structural rigidity and corrosion resistance in outdoor and semi-outdoor environments. The IP65 seal prevents dust ingress and protects against water jets from any direction — essential for fuel island canopies exposed to rain, car wash runoff and cleaning chemicals. The IK10 impact rating means the polycarbonate diffuser can withstand accidental impacts from maintenance equipment, shopping trolleys or debris without cracking or shattering.
The 67 mm housing depth is notably slim for a 100–240W canopy light, allowing it to sit flush beneath canopy soffit panels without protruding into the visual field. The square 420×420 mm or 540×540 mm footprint matches standard canopy ceiling tile layouts, simplifying retrofits where existing wiring patterns must be preserved.
Wide voltage and optional DALI control
The GS2 accepts 110–277VAC input, making it suitable for markets with either 110V (North America) or 220–240V (Europe, Asia, Australia) supply without requiring a transformer or voltage converter. This wide-voltage design also provides tolerance for supply voltage fluctuations common at outdoor fuel islands where long cable runs cause voltage drop.
DALI-enabled variants support stepless dimming and scene control through a DALI bus, integrating with building management systems or standalone daylight sensors. In canopy applications, DALI control allows the lights to dim when natural daylight is sufficient, reducing energy consumption during midday hours. Multiple GS2 units can be addressed individually or grouped by zone for coordinated dimming across a full fuel island.
The Lumileds 3030 LED engine delivers consistent colour stability and lumen maintenance across the full 100W to 240W range. CRI above 82 ensures accurate colour rendering for vehicle paint, product packaging and signage under the canopy. The 120° beam angle provides wide, uniform coverage that minimises dark spots between adjacent fixtures, creating even illumination across the entire fuel island or parking bay.
