The ILED-BP-A B1 is an outdoor bollard light with a flat top, made for garden and landscape lighting. It is the slim, round-post fixture you set into a pathway, a driveway edge or a garden border, and it puts out a clean, even light from the top. It comes in three sizes, and it is sealed for the outdoors with an impact rating, which is what you want for a bollard that people and mowers move around.
The flat-top finish
This is the flat-top version of the ILED-BP-A range. Where the range also comes in an arch-top and a dark-sky finish, the B1 is the one with a clean, level cap on top. That is a simple, straight line that reads as neat and uncluttered, so it suits a garden or a pathway where you want the bollard to look tidy rather than decorative.
Trois tailles, trois luminaires
The range runs 10W, 14W and 20W, each at 80 lumen per watt, so the output steps up to 800, 1120 and 1600 lumen. The 10W is the softer option for a quiet garden path, the 14W is the everyday all-round choice, and the 20W is the pick for a driveway or a busier walkway where you want the light to read clearly. They all share the same 160mm body and the standard 800mm height, so a set of them lines up along a run.
IP65 et IK10
The seal is IP65, so it handles rain and spray, which is what a garden or a driveway needs. The IK10 rating is the impact side, which is the important one for a bollard, because it means the fixture is built to take a hit, from a hand, a trolley or a low bump, without failing. That is the difference between a bollard that lasts on a footpath and one that cracks after the first knock.
Choisir le blanc
The light runs from 2800K to 6500K, so you match the temperature to the space. A warm 3000K suits a home garden and a driveway at night, and a cooler white reads brighter and cleaner for a public walkway or a park. Pick the temperature to suit, and keep it consistent along a run so the light does not shift from one post to the next.
Fabrication et matériaux
The post is aluminum with a PC lens, which keeps it light and weather-resistant, and the aluminum handles the heat the light puts out. It is a Class I fixture, so it needs to be earthed on install. Choose the body colour, white, black or silver gray, to suit the garden or the building it sits by.
You will need to wire it to a 220 to 240VAC or 110 to 277VAC supply, matching the version you ordered, and secure it on a solid base set into the ground. Because it is a Class I fixture, the install needs an earth. For dimming, a DALI dimming option is available, and you can run it from a compatible DALI controller.
Où est-il utilisé ?
As a garden and driveway bollard it shows up on pathways and walkways, at the edge of a driveway, along a garden border, and in parks, plazas and commercial areas where you want to mark a line of light and guide people at night. The flat-top finish suits a tidy, residential look, and the IK10 rating makes it the pick where it will get knocked.
Durée de vie et fiabilité
The LumiLEDs run at 80 lumen per watt with a CRI above 80, which is a sensible efficiency for an outdoor accent. The aluminum body handles the heat without a fan, and the IP65 seal keeps the weather out, so it is built to stay on the path for years. The IK10 impact rating is the added margin for a bollard that people move around.
