The ILED-TL-D is a 4-wire, 3-phase LED track light for accent and spot lighting in retail stores, galleries, museums, and showrooms. It comes in four versions — 10W, 20W, 30W, and 40W — with lumen outputs of 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, and 4,000 lm respectively. Lumen efficacy is 100 lm/W across the range.
Range and sizes
The four models are built on the same head design, differing in power and housing size. The 10W version (ILED-TL-D1) measures 62mm in diameter by 170mm long by 140mm high. The 20W version (ILED-TL-D2) is 72mm by 185mm by 170mm. The 30W version (ILED-TL-D4) is 80mm by 185mm by 175mm. The 40W version (ILED-TL-D6) is 94mm by 190mm by 180mm. Larger housings give the higher-wattage models more surface area for heat dissipation.
Light source and color rendering
The fixture uses a Citizen or CREE COB LED. Color rendering index is above 92 as standard, with 95 and 97 options when accurate color matters — fabric stores, art galleries, and paint showrooms are the obvious cases. Color temperature options run from 2200K to 6000K, which covers warm accent lighting through cool daylight tones.
Power and driver
Input voltage is 220-240VAC for European installations or 110-277VAC for US supply. The driver is built in, supplied by VS, Osram, or Tridonic, with a power factor above 0.9. The fixture is electrical Class I and carries SAA, CE, and RoHS certifications. Because the driver is inside the housing, there is no remote driver box to mount on the ceiling or hide in a cavity.
Beam options
Four beam angles are available: 12°, 24°, 36°, and 60°. The 12° and 24° optics suit tight accent spots on individual products or artwork. The 36° angle is a middle ground for standard retail shelving. The 60° option spreads light for general display areas. Each model is ordered with a specific beam angle, so decide before ordering — the optic is not user-swappable.
Construction and cooling
The housing is extruded aluminum with a PC component. The aluminum body acts as the heat sink, so cooling is passive — no fans, no moving parts, no maintenance. This matters in quiet spaces such as galleries and hotel lobbies where fan noise would be noticed. Body color is white or black. IP42 rating means the fixture is protected against objects larger than 1mm and against water spray, which covers most indoor commercial environments.
Track compatibility
The track head uses a 3-phase 4-wire adapter for European track rails and a 1-phase 3-wire adapter for the US. The same fixture works on both systems when ordered with the matching adapter. Confirm your existing track system before ordering — 3-phase tracks are common in Europe, while single-phase tracks are the standard in North America. If you are replacing older track heads and are unsure of the rail type, check the adapter before ordering.
Dimming
Two dimming options are offered: DALI and Triac phase dimming. DALI suits buildings with a central control system, where fixtures are addressed and grouped digitally. Triac works with standard wall dimmers, which is the simpler route for shops that want manual control without extra wiring. Specify the option when ordering — the two are not interchangeable after the fixture is built.
Lifespan and warranty
Rated life is 50,000 hours. At 12 hours per day, that is roughly 11.5 years of retail operating hours. Warranty is 3 to 5 years depending on configuration.
Typical use cases
Retail stores use these fixtures to light shelves and displays with controlled beams. Art galleries and museums rely on the high CRI options to keep colors accurate. Showrooms use them to aim light precisely at products. Hospitality venues dim them with Triac wall dimmers to shift from bright service lighting to low-level evening ambiance. In homes, they work on single-phase tracks for art walls and kitchen islands.
