The ILED-HB5 200W is a flat-panel LED high bay luminaire with integrated reflector, designed for pendant mounting in warehouses, factories, sports arenas, distribution centres and commercial buildings with ceiling heights between 5 m and 8 m. The HB5 series covers four wattage models — 100W, 120W, 150W and 200W — all delivering 130 lm/W from LumiLEDs 3030 LEDs inside a slim φ200 mm cylindrical body. The 200W model is the top-tier option, producing 26,000 lm from the deepest 150 mm housing in the range.

Series comparison
The HB5 200W shares the φ200 mm housing diameter with the entire HB5 series but is distinguished by its 150 mm depth — the deepest profile in the lineup. The 100W has 70 mm depth producing 13,000 lm; the 120W and 150W both have 100 mm depth, producing 15,600 lm and 19,500 lm respectively. All four models deliver 130 lm/W and carry the same IP65+IK10 ratings, CRI >82 standard, and 2800–6500K CCT range.
The 200W is ideal for spaces with higher ceiling heights (5–8 m) where the lower-wattage models would not provide adequate illuminance. Its 150 mm deep housing accommodates a proportionally larger heat sink and driver compartment, maintaining thermal performance at full 200W output. When selecting between models, match the lumen output to your ceiling height and illuminance target: spaces above 5 m generally require the 150W or 200W, with the 200W suited to the tallest or highest-illumination-zone areas.
Build and impact resistance
The HB5 200W housing is a cylindrical aluminium body (φ200 × 150 mm) with a black powder-coat finish. The 150 mm depth is the largest in the HB5 series, providing greater thermal mass and a larger heat sink surface area to sustain continuous 200W operation without lumen depreciation. The extra depth also houses a slightly larger driver compartment compared to the 100W and 120W models.
The PC diffuser carries an IK10 impact rating — the highest standard for luminaires — absorbing a 5 joule impact (roughly a 1 kg mass dropped from 50 cm) without cracking. For warehouse and industrial settings where forklifts, overhead cranes and falling tools are routine, IK10 reduces replacement costs and liability over the warranty period. The IP65 seal protects the internal driver and LED array from dust and water jets, suitable for wash-down areas and unconditioned roof spaces.
Control and installation
The HB5 200W includes DALI 2-way dimming as a standard feature — no upgrade required. DALI 2-way dimming adds individual fixture addressing (0–63) on a 2-wire bus, allowing group control, scene setting, and status feedback including lamp hours and fault codes. Up to 64 fixtures share one line. The HB5 does not accept 0-10V or TRIAC analog dimming — a DALI-to-analog converter is required if your building system uses those protocols.
Optional upgrades include an emergency battery (approximately 90 minutes of reduced-output light during a power failure) and a corridor-mode motion sensor (low stand-by output when unoccupied, full brightness within 1–2 seconds of movement detection). These are selected at order time — they are not retrofittable. Note that DALI 2-way dimming is already standard on the HB5 200W; the emergency and motion sensor are the only add-ons available.
Installation uses a pendant-mount eyelet with an adjustable steel cable, hanging the fixture from the ceiling structure or mounting directly to a flat soffit. The Class I rating requires a protective earth connection. Universal 110–277VAC input covers both North American and European supply standards. The 120° standard beam angle provides wide, even coverage ideal for general illumination in high-ceiling spaces between 5 m and 8 m.
